I feel that I was i ovrr chatged for them just to just look at mt vehicle 547.00$and not to fix anything

When you brought your Subaru in for a significant engine noise, additional diagnostic disassembly was approved to determine the cause. During that process, we found internal engine damage, including dislodged components, camshaft damage, and metal contamination in the oil. While the findings were not what anyone hoped for, the diagnostic work provided a clear understanding of the engine's condition and the source of the noise. I had a good experience with the brothers over at the Rexburg Oswalds Shop. Explained in depth everything I had issues with and helped me understand my car better. The report is also great because I can refer back to it anytime I need it so overall I’m glad I went into the shop. Would recommend.

Chris and the team at Oswald's have been great. They have worked on several of my vehicles. They keep me informed and do great work. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their automobile worked on or just serviced.

Josh and the team were awesome to work with. Nobody likes car repairs, but most people hate surprises even more. I got a quote within an hour of dropping off my car. It was fair and accurate, and it didn't change, no "whoops, we forgot to add blinker fluid and headlight oil" to the original quote. The work was done quickly, and I was kept in the loop. When I picked up the car, I got a prioritized list of upcoming work my car needed, which further prevented those dreaded car bill surprises. Lastly, I hopped in my car to head home and noticed they had cleaned and vacuumed my entire car and left a $5 bill in the cup holder I didn't even know I had. If you need car work done, I'm sorry, but I would 100% take it to Oswald's and feel good about it.

These guys have always been honest with my repairs and will work with the customer. I have also seen them go above and beyond the last time I was there by helping an out of state couple who needed major repair on their vehicle so they can get back home. They were booked that day and was very busy, but they still took a quick look that moment to verify how serious it was and then reached out to other local shops to get them taken care of. That showed real integrity to help someone in need.
