Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

I was able to get my car checked and they gave me updates on my car and told me exactly what was wrong and how much it cost. No hidden fees or anything. I loved the service and location was clean.

I no longer feel comfortable coming here after everything I've seen and had to experience. I used to work in a car shop and they have you put down your license plates info so they can find your car, something that hasn't changed for a long time so they can find your vehicle. After listening to someone honk a horn 16 times, yes 16. I saw a worker heading out to my car and a women with her head out the window in the complex asking why they have to honk so much? "Its how we find the car" he told her. I didn't think this could be real because their was another review last year that said something similar about constant honking that became so bad they had to eventually move. I spoke to someone about it and was told it would be dealt with but if it's been going on this long then that's not a mess I need nor want to be apart of or be treated like eventually.

I appreciated being taken from your shop to the Temple and then being picked up from the Temple when I was ready to go home. I live on ss so my budget is tight and I was surprised at the cost it was higher than I pay at Jiffy lube but I am sure the quality is better. I will just have to see how to budget this.

Luke at the front desk was great and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. Better price than I found looking at other shop I will be using there services in the future.

Incredible, above and beyond service and care. They ran a very thorough diagnostic and gave me a detailed report. Due to a manufacturing recall the work is being done at a dealership but Tim transported my car from their service center to the deal ship for me so I wouldn’t have to make the trip to Rexburg. Bravo Oswald’s!

Great place and does great work!

I was busy and had to send my wife in for an alignment on our van before heading out of town. It was last minute and I was having a hard time finding a shop that had an opening. These guys had an opening and were easy to work with. My wife was pleased and felt like she was treated well. I have been in the automotive repair world for a long time and do almost all the work on my vehicles. When I have to use a shop, I am picky about who I work with. I have only heard good things about Oswald Service over the years.
