Our subaru legacy came due for a transmission flush and our usual oil change service recommend Oswald service to us. Oswald got our son's car scheduled quickly and when service was completed saved over 20% off of the service price at the dealership. Son has noticed more power, better response, and may be getting better gas mileage as well. Great service for a great price.

Women beware. Had a good family friend taken for a ride by Oswald’s. Was charged DOUBLE what even the dealership would have charged. Unfortunately I wasn’t consulted until after. $50-100 part depending on your accounts at the parts stores and an hour of book time. Walked out with a $600 bill. If she had denied service, $180 diag. Shame on you. This is what gives techs a bad name.

I am quite satisfied by how this shop runs. I've been to them a couple times and the crew has always been helpful and prompt. The web link they sent you with the diagnostic report and then the quote where you can approve or decline each service is a very convenient touch.
