When I initially called and told them the situation of my car, I had been to previous repair shops and they quoted me ridiculously high amounts, took advantage of me, and work that didn’t need to be done. So when I called Oswald’s, they offered to do a free inspection and they checked everything, quoted me, and they made my feelings and thoughts, feel valid and seen. I appreciate them very much.

I had a breakdown near Rexburg while traveling home from a work trip. The guys at Oswald were fantastic, they had my truck repaired within a week. I hope I don't need to use them again, but they'll be my first call with any future vehicle problems in Eastern Idaho!
