Great service and quick only issue with all auto places is waiting on parts, but has nothing to do with the repair shop. Also giving 5 stars due to them taking care of my mother's vehicles. How they respect and treat her and each customer says a lot thank you!

Came in for oil change and pre-trip inspection and they did an awesome job in letting me know if something needed to be replaced.

My branch is located in Salt lake city and we have a project going on in Idaho Falls. Oswald was recomended by Les Schwaab and they did a wonderful job evaluating and repairing our vehicle in a timely manner keeping boots on the ground and getting our team back up and running.

Way overpriced! Went in to have one outer tie rod replaced and decided to have them both done. $860. I asked for an itemized bill but did not get one. Took the car to Toyota a week later and a master technician found a loose wheel bearing after a short drive and pinpointed the problem. I don’t believe they took it for a test drive either. How can you do an alignment that I was charged for… with a loose wheel bearing. NOT IMPRESSED

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone there was so helpful and nice. I only had a battery replaced because Jiffy Lube referred me, had never heard of them before. I will be scheduling a full vehicle inspection and be getting some things taken care of. I highly recommend them.

These guys were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly the BEST experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop.
