Great service. Clean organized shop. Fair pricing. Live in UT and broke down in Idaho falls. Kept my vehicle until I was able to drive back to pick it up. Fixed my issue. Really responsive shop.

When I initially called and told them the situation of my car, I had been to previous repair shops and they quoted me ridiculously high amounts, took advantage of me, and work that didn’t need to be done. So when I called Oswald’s, they offered to do a free inspection and they checked everything, quoted me, and they made my feelings and thoughts, feel valid and seen. I appreciate them very much.
