The service was fantastic. I had called the shop to see if someone could come out and look at my car to see if it was something that could be fixed without having it towed. They sent a tech out and we determined what the problem was. Unfortunately it was something that had to be fixed at the shop. They got my car in earlier than expected, got the pump fixed and did some routine checks to see if there was anything else that needed to be done. They found some other issues that I suspected and resolved them as well. The service and people there are great to work with. I would highly recommend this shop for any kind of repairs or service. Thank you Jim for the great work.

Matt is fabulous! He is an excellent communicator. Our family is from out of town and our daughter experienced a near fatal drowning two days prior to the truck breaking down. It added to an already stressful experience. There was a one hour window the next day to diagnose the problem. The mechanic not only diagnosed the problem, he was able to fix it at the same time since the problem was a ruptured hose. Matt went the extra mile and had the cooling system flushed which I truly appreciated. We truly appreciated the efforts of the team. It was a blessing to have been able to find Oswald Service Inc. Calls to other service providers trying to get help were unsuccessful. Matt was solution oriented and positive. He did not offer false hope of immediate diagnosis repair but promised the best possible service. He followed through. Hard to find these days. Thank you all!

Oswald’s always does outstanding work. I had a steering box replaced, oil leaks and the A/C repaired. Everything works great and when I’ve had any issues with repairs they have stood behind their work. Great shop and even better people!
