Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

So we're in Idaho Falls on business as we live in Las Vegas and our Lexus RX 350 started to make a grinding noise from our rear brakes. I wasn't sure where to take our car to get looked at and fixed the same day without an appointment. I was referred to Oswalds, but they were a smaller family owned business. Do I go to them or one of the big guys who spends lots of $$$ on advertising. I chose Oswalds. They were polite, friendly and said they could look at it in about 1 hour. I waited and I was right. Rear brakes, but I need rotors too. Dang. Fair price and they even gave me a ride across town to where I was staying and in just another couple hours they called to say all done. Great! And they came to pick me up. Thanx to them for taking great care of us.

Oswald's Service has always treated me fairly and provides quick turnaround service.

Rhett said he was treated well and it was a good job done.

Spoke with Nancy. She said that they are always courteous.

Dennis said the business did really good work and were nice.

Denise said she would recommend this business for service.

Richard said that he can recall a time where all the work he wanted done wasn't completed.

Leeon said the service was really good at this facility and the staff listened to his needs. He stated the work that was performed on his vehicle was done in a timely manner.

Glenn said the business is very honest, the business did what he asked them to do and got the job done at a reasonable price.
