Oswald’s completed my car inspection quickly, and I received a call telling me about my cars problems once my inspection was finished. They found my problem, fixed it, and advised me on other maintenance that needed to be done before long (I already knew about those problems: tires, brakes and such), but the reminder was still appreciated.

On a prior visit, Oswald Service diagnosed and fixed an intermittent problem that the manufacturer’s dealership could not diagnose—let alone fix. Latest visit was to check out the mechanical condition of a used vehicle I was purchasing. The Oswald folks checked the vehicle and provided a written report on minor issues they identified that should be watched—all at no charge. My assessment is that if you need mechanical work, go to Oswald Service where you will deal with pleasant, honest, competent staff and get the job done right.
