On a prior visit, Oswald Service diagnosed and fixed an intermittent problem that the manufacturer’s dealership could not diagnose—let alone fix. Latest visit was to check out the mechanical condition of a used vehicle I was purchasing. The Oswald folks checked the vehicle and provided a written report on minor issues they identified that should be watched—all at no charge. My assessment is that if you need mechanical work, go to Oswald Service where you will deal with pleasant, honest, competent staff and get the job done right.

So we're in Idaho Falls on business as we live in Las Vegas and our Lexus RX 350 started to make a grinding noise from our rear brakes. I wasn't sure where to take our car to get looked at and fixed the same day without an appointment. I was referred to Oswalds, but they were a smaller family owned business. Do I go to them or one of the big guys who spends lots of $$$ on advertising. I chose Oswalds. They were polite, friendly and said they could look at it in about 1 hour. I waited and I was right. Rear brakes, but I need rotors too. Dang. Fair price and they even gave me a ride across town to where I was staying and in just another couple hours they called to say all done. Great! And they came to pick me up. Thanx to them for taking great care of us.
