We visited Oswald Service and Repair for the first time this week. I am impressed by their ability to communicate and maintain that communication through the repair experience. In all we had 4 phone calls. Each call was pleasant and articulate based on their need for more information, status reports and summary of findings. I enjoyed the experience. A report was produced noting a full inspection of the car. Problem areas were noted. Potential corrective actions were identified with a cost estimate for each. This allows us to plan our car maintenance over the next year so that the vehicle will give us long and safe service. We will return.

They said they didn't have time to look at my car until 3 days after I left it there, but said they would try to look at it sooner and let me know what it was. They called me the same day and told me they could get it done around the time they close. The price was very good, first time I don't feel I get screwed by a mechanic.

Kevin, Josh, and the crew at Oswald have kept my little CR-V in top form. It has 234k miles on it and they make sure all required maintenance gets done. Love em.
