Pretty sure this will be my new "go to" shop for car repairs. Other places I've gone to are dishonest, gouge customers and/or have horrible customer service. After getting a referral from a tire place I trust 100%, I called Oswald Service and Repair for help with a "service engine soon" warning light. Even though they were completely booked that morning, they let me bring it in, checked it out, and resolved the problem ASAP. Josh was so nice and helpful that I will definitely be going back there the next time my car needs any work.

The service at this location was absolutely wonderful. They kept you informed at every step. I had an Service Engine Soon light after my trip fro Colorado and was concerned that what ever it was would leave us stranded on the side of the road somewhere on the route back. They quickly found the problem and started right away to fix it. When they found out their first assessment wasn't needed they dug deeper. I really appreciated that they didn't charge me for the work needed here. They then contacted me with what they found. I decided that it wouldn't leave me on the side of the road and chose to take the Jimmy home to the mechanic I usually use (I like to keep my money in my neighborhood. Though I don't believe they think they found the problem, they did find a vacuum hose that had come loose. The car now runs perfect. I was impressed that when they decided that what they thought was wrong and put the Jimmy back together, they didn't charge me for the work involved in exposing the possible problem then putting it back together. Brovo! I wish doctors were so responsible in the same way.

Josh and the team at Oswalds’s were able to squeeze me in and address a faulty oil filter on short notice. Great service!
