I am very impressed with Oswald's service. They were efficient in checking that every aspect of my car was is good condition before I left on my road trip across America. They informed me of things that may need to be replaced, and physically showed me why. The cost was better than other places I was quoted. The service was incredible! The gentleman working the front counter were prompt in answering my questions and they seemed knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend these guys and I will definitely be bringing my car here going forward.

Full disclosure, I didn’t get my car repaired here. We had a fantastic experience with them customer service-wise and I think that deserves a 5 star review. My car wouldn’t start and my husband and I looked for a shop to tow it to. We called Oswald’s and explained the situation. They were extremely kind and stated they would be able to take a look at it within the next day or two. We ended up getting the car started and were able to take it to a shop closer to our home so we called Oswald’s back and let them know we weren’t coming after all. I was grateful for the awesome customer service we experienced here!

Always great and prompt service! Trust is an even bigger factor for me because of past experiences with other businesses. I do recommend Oswald’s to others.
