The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to answer any question that you might have about your vehicles repairs. They get you in pretty quick for vehicle checkups. They service is great I would highly recommend them to any one with vehicle problems. I will definitely be going back when the repairs are needed.

I wasn't sure how long it has been since I'd had an oil change and, because I've been ill, the car hasn't seen much use. However, my sister may need to use it this summer, so I wanted to be sure it has been serviced. I was also concerned about a tire that looked low. My sis took the car in, explained the situation. One of the great mechanics looked the car over, changed a belt, checked the tires. There was no need for an oil change since the car had only been driven 200 miles since the last one. I know for a fact that there are less reputable places who would have not honestly dealt with me. I'm never disappointed by the service i get from Oswald Service and Repair.

We did end up with a missing bolt on the engine cover when we got home, so we will have to go back and see if they still have our bolt.

Mark said that the place was quick, did the work that was needed and his vehicle's working fine.

I brought several cars to Oswald's to look at before I was agreeing to purchase one of them. Same day service with a 60 point check list for like $45. Honest about what was wrong with the cars and what actually needed to be repaired with a priority list.

Best repair shop in the whole state, bare none... absolutely great customer service, go the extra mile, always willing to listen, and they're great at fixing cars too!!!

The guys at the Idaho Falls Oswalds have always treated me with kindness and have always repaired my car within a day or two of bringing it in. On several occasions, I have brought my car in assuming something was wrong because I heard a strange noise. I have ended up not having anything wrong with my car and they still perform a 31 point check free of charge. The employees at Oswalds are honorable, quick, efficient, and oh so kind. I never feel like an idiot when I leave. I have tried to tip them several times and they always refuse. I will continue to go to Oswalds because of their great service!
