We did end up with a missing bolt on the engine cover when we got home, so we will have to go back and see if they still have our bolt.

Mark said that the place was quick, did the work that was needed and his vehicle's working fine.

Melonie said the service at this business is always really great, and the staff is trustworthy. She has had bad experiences with other mechanics in the past and stated that she would like the staff to know she appreciates their honesty.

The guys at the Idaho Falls Oswalds have always treated me with kindness and have always repaired my car within a day or two of bringing it in. On several occasions, I have brought my car in assuming something was wrong because I heard a strange noise. I have ended up not having anything wrong with my car and they still perform a 31 point check free of charge. The employees at Oswalds are honorable, quick, efficient, and oh so kind. I never feel like an idiot when I leave. I have tried to tip them several times and they always refuse. I will continue to go to Oswalds because of their great service!
