These guys have helped me out several times without being sales oriented. Nothing but straight forward talk & honest recommendation. I appreciate that sooooooo much in these times of higher costs & needing to be budget friendly. They helped me out with drop off & pick up of my vehicle, sent updates via text which was great with my work schedule, communicated well with links & details, & made making payment easy too. Great experience that saved me from having to schedule times & backup to drop off & pick up. They were recommended to me by another local garage that couldn't get me in for over a month. They got me in within a week & managed to exceed expectations & past experiences by far. So many things added up to make them highly recommendable. Finally found my "place". Thank you Oswald's!!!

They were so helpful and got me right in for an oil change, did a great inspection and were able to do necessary repairs the same day. Picked my car up that evening after work to find it so nice and clean, ready to go. Everything went smoothly and efficiently with no hassle whatsoever. Thanks for the great service of replacing our dead battery and the explanation of how the new technology drains the battery, especially when it is not a daily driver. We had already bought a "trickle charger" and hope we can keep the problem under control. The battery was still under warranty and we really appreciate the replacement. Thanks again. They were super nice, easy to schedule with, communication was great! I loved that they took pics of everything and sent me the report link via text so I could see it all and read the recommendations. I was also able to approve extra work through that too so it was really convenient. I felt like their pricing was also really good. They even dusted the dash and vacuumed! Anndddd they found the leak for my washer fluid that no one else has been able to find. I was super happy with everything. I called to ask about some stuff they found and they explained it really well and it was soooo easy to understand what was needed and what was recommended and why. I didn't feel pressured into doing anything, but they told me the pros and cons of doing or not doing things. Loved them!!
