I was impressed that they cared about my last review of a 1 star rating. I mentioned that I had to go to another place to get my truck checked out for it did not start. They had stated my battery was bad. My battery was only one year old. They insisted it was the battery. I had to take my truck to a different place. That place found out the problem. It was the battery cables which were replaced. Owner of Oswald was surprised and concerned. They took care of two other concerns I had. The emergency brake and my 4 wheel drive. They fixed the problems. I was expressed that the Owner was concerned and took the effort to makes things right. I will give Them a 5 star rating.
