I took my Escalade in to have the oil pan gasket replaced and for a transmission flush and fill. A while back when I had the rear main seal replaced, the Oswald tech recommended I replace the oil pan gasket at the next oil change. During the inspection today the tech believed the pan gasket didn't need to be replaced, and that the original recommendation was based on the oil seepage from the defective rear main seal making the gasket appear to be needing replacement. I appreciate the tech recognizing the misdiagnosis and not needlessly replacing the gasket resulting in me saving a considerable amount of money. Thank you!

We had an issue with my daughter's car and had it towed to Oswald's. They were amazing to work with. They ran the diagnostics and realized that our problem was very specific to the make and model and we would be better served to take it to a specialist. They found us the options we had near by and allowed us to keep the car in their lot until we could get in to the specialist mechanic. After everything was done it was a very expensive fix. I called Oswald's to pay what we owed them. Kevin could have charged us for the diagnostic, labor times, fluids used and the storage fees but instead he didn't charge us anything. A very kind act at a very tough time. Their customer service shows how deeply Kevin and the people at Oswald's are connected to the people in their communities. If it doesn't have to be handled by the manufacturer I will be bringing our vehicles to Oswalds!!

They may not be the. Cheapest place in town but they are honest and fair. Never any “surprise” fees. Only thing lace I truely trust. That is a rare and commendable attribute
