Women beware. Had a good family friend taken for a ride by Oswald’s. Was charged DOUBLE what even the dealership would have charged. Unfortunately I wasn’t consulted until after. $50-100 part depending on your accounts at the parts stores and an hour of book time. Walked out with a $600 bill. If she had denied service, $180 diag. Shame on you. This is what gives techs a bad name.

I received detailed reports of issues needing to be fixed along with the level of urgency for each. The problem for which I took my car in involved checking with an auto shop in another state and Oswald’s was able to save me quite a bit by doing this. Very much appreciate their integrity and thoroughness.

Oswald’s knows their stuff. Not only is my car taken care of but us as customers are taken care of as well. Everyone in there is so kind and knowledgeable. Josh always finds a way to make us smile.
