I had a great experience with this shop. The place is clean, well-organized, and clearly well-managed. They recently replaced a wheel bearing and my rear brakes and rotors, but I still noticed a wobble when braking. They followed up with me to make sure everything met my expectations and I mentioned there was still a slight wobble. They got me back in right away. It turned out the front rotors were also an issue. They got them fixed for me at no charge because they felt like they should have caught it the first time. They stand behind their work and I felt like they showed real integrity. That level of accountability and service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Oswald! I won’t be going anywhere else.

Fixed my AC. Got my check engine light fixed, clearing my exhaust system. Detailed list and inspection of my vehicle and all its needs. Clear and friendly service. Best in town! If i could give more stars i would!

Josh is the best! Hi took care of my needs the first day I went in (noting time). I had an issue in the afternoon with my car, so I took it Oswald! I asked Josh if they could check my battery! They fixed my battery issue! They are friendly and know what they doing! I am not going to take my car any where else! They got my business! Thanks Josh for your help! Nicki

My family has gone to Oswald's for years now, I can testify that they are reliable, super kind and are always willing to help in any way they can. Whether it's a maintenance check up or fixing an A/C issue, they will provide an itemized list of what needs to be addressed now or potentially in the future with photographic evidence, and will get any job done fast and efficiently. If you have questions about a potential issue that needs to be fixed, they explain it in a genuine way, they never made me feel stupid for asking anything. I love this shop and I'm glad we found them. :)
