Josh Archibald was very helpful in assisting me solve the parasitic battery draw on my Subaru Outback. He worked me into his packed schedule and did the diagnostic testing, although he was not able to pinpoint the problem. He suggested I take my vehicle to Subaru because this was a known problem that Subaru was addressing. He also provided me with two articles that explained the Subaru problem with Dark Current and Battery Settlement Claim. He did not charge me for his time for the diagnostics because he said he was not able to solve the problem. Josh and Oswald have always provided me and my family with outstanding customer service, and we appreciate and prefer to support small business in our community.
