Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

I’ve tried a few others around Rexburg. Most others have disappointed me. Poor service, bad customer relation and performing unauthorized work are examples of my dissatisfaction. I had an emergency, Oswald was quick to diagnose the problem and offer solutions and gave me options to choose from. I will be using them again for my needs....

I went to Oswald because they were running a promotion and I didn’t want to drive 45 minutes to my usual shop for my oil change. My family and I have used the same service shop for more than twenty years, but I was so impressed by Oswald that I will continue to use them for as long as we are in the area. Their facilities are cozy, and the wait was comfortable. They got me in and out quickly and my car was vacuumed and had the windows washed when all I expected was a simple check-up. I am so so impressed! UPDATE: I went in to have more work done and there were some issues that occurred with me not understanding some of the services the mechanic said my car would need in the future. I left a pretty negative new review, which seems to have been deleted. That being said, I received an email after the visit clarifying the needed services, and also received a direct call from the mechanic after he had seen the review so that he could clear up the confusion. I was really impressed with the accountability and follow-up. Once again, I highly recommend Oswald.

I brought my vehicle in because it started making a really crazy noise. They looked at it right away and squeezed me in to fix the problem that very day. I always feel like I can trust their diagnosis and that things will get fixed the right way the first time. Thanks Oswald Service!

Oswald Service and Repair gave us a fair and manageable quote to get our brakes replaced. We felt like they actually cared about our vehicle and it’s overall condition. A lot of dealerships and similar businesses have always seemed like they never truly fix or even acknowledge the problems we have with our vehicle. Oswald will be receiving our business for the foreseeable future!

These guys will take care of you the right way. I brought my own oil and oil filter to them and paid just as much as Wal-Mart. But while Wal-Mart just handed me the keys, Oswald’s called me by name, they checked out my car, and told me certain things I need to look out for and watch to make sure my car will run 100%. And if that’s not enough when I got into my car I noticed they cleaned my dashboard and my windows. If there were more stars on this thing I would give them more!!!!
