Love this place. They worked on my brakes and my engine at different times. My gas engine has 240,000 miles and they have been honest and thorough. It's the only place I take my truck to in Idaho falls.

Friendly, responsive and professional experienced care and evaluation of our vehicles have always been our experience! Only place in Eastern Idaho we will take our vehicles to for routine servicing and other concerns.

The people at Oswald's have always been very friendly and professional. They have answered questions we have and help our car running smoothly. I feel like they care about who I am each time I come in, and want to make my visit as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Oswald Service was awesome. I only asked for an oil change and they also gave me a vehicle check, as well as sent me a link to my vehicle's health, and they vacuumed my car and cleaned all the windows. Was very impressed and will definitely go back.

Every time I take one of my vehicles in it finished on or before the time promised. Their prices are always fair and competitive and there customer service is as good as it gets! Just had an intermittent problem with a vehicle. They worked on it for 4 days without the problem presenting itself. Returned the vehicle and said to bring it back if it happened again and would not take payment. "That does not happen in this day and age! THANK YOU! We will be back!!

I had heard a lot of good things about Oswald Service since they built their facility in Rexburg and they lived up to those good things! They were very honest and trustworthy. I had taken my car into two other mechanics about the same issue and they never solved the issue. Oswald Service did solve the issue and they did it quickly too. I'd highly recommend them any day. If you want something done right, they will do it! It was seriously the best customer service I've ever received at an auto repair shop too!
