Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

I needed to drive to Utah in a few hours but my car started to make a weird noise and I didn't know if I should drive on it. I took it in and they helped me in a matter of minutes in order to help me make my trip. I returned later to get everything fixed up and they did a phenomenal job, at about half of the price that I was quoted. They are extremely friendly and give great feedback. Will continue to go here as long as I'm in Rexburg.

They were fantastic. Scheduled me for an appointment, so I got right in! Super friendly staff, and gave honest, helpful information. I loved that after the appointment, they texted me the write-up about my inspection, so I know exactly what is great and what needs to be worked on. I will definitely be going back!

Jesse is just a super nice guy that tells you how it is. He's trustworthy and so is everyone else here. Been coming here since last year and it has been the best experience with a mechanic ever.

My wife went in for an oil change and didn't ask in advance what the cost would be, thinking Oswald would be competitive with others. They have done other work on our cars and were competitive and the quality was great too. In this case, she paid double for an oil change compared to the last oil change we purchased.

Catilyn said the staff was very nice, and she appreciated they accommodated her being out of town for a couple days. She also mentioned she really liked the digital inspection review they sent her.

We bought a vehicle in IF and that was our first experience with the Oswald brand as they did a free inspection. We have had a bit of trouble with our other vehicle and we knew just where to take it...Oswalds this time in Rexburg due to it being closer to where we live. They were so kind and honest. Helped us with our every need and then some letting us know we had some recalls due on our vehicle. I've already recommended them to several people and will continue to take our vehicles there time and time again. Thank you!
