Oswald Service was awesome. I only asked for an oil change and they also gave me a vehicle check, as well as sent me a link to my vehicle's health, and they vacuumed my car and cleaned all the windows. Was very impressed and will definitely go back.
The service at Oswald is excellent. They know who you are and they take care of their customers. They are fair in their pricing and go out of their way to help you know your options. We’re happy to continue doing business with them. I’d consider them the best service and repair shop in Rexburg.
Every time I take one of my vehicles in it finished on or before the time promised. Their prices are always fair and competitive and there customer service is as good as it gets! Just had an intermittent problem with a vehicle. They worked on it for 4 days without the problem presenting itself. Returned the vehicle and said to bring it back if it happened again and would not take payment. "That does not happen in this day and age! THANK YOU! We will be back!!

Although it's never fun to need car repairs, I'm so glad that I took my car into Oswald Service! I had heard a lot of good things about Oswald Service since they built their facility in Rexburg and they lived up to those good things! They were very honest and trustworthy. I had taken my car into two other mechanics about the same issue and they never solved the issue. Oswald Service did solve the issue and they did it quickly too. I'd highly recommend them any day. If you want something done right, they will do it! It was seriously the best customer service I've ever received at an auto repair shop too!
