I took a salvage titled Honda for routine inspection to Oswald because I was taking it for a cross country road trip. They did a detailed inspection and shared their findings with me at their Rexburg service station and later by emailing me a detailed report online regarding the inspection and findings accompanied with pictures as well. They found major problems with the car and shared their professional opinions which potential saved me from a bad accident. May I add they did all this for free as well. I am thankful to their expertise and honest opinions. Five star service!

My van broke down (in a bad way) on the highway this week with all my family in it. I had it towed to Oswald because I had a good experience from them in the past. I called the shop close to 6pm and let them know it was coming, by 9an the next morning they already had it in the shop with all the problems and other non-breakdown related issues fully diagnosed from front to rear. They informed me of exactly what happened and what needed to be done and any potential other problems I might encounter. By early afternoon they had my van back to my family running better than it had in any recent time. They were incredibly fast and convenient. Jesse's communication, professionalism and understanding can't be beat. Overall value is second to none. These guys obviously aren't just mechanics, they are real people helping other people. Incredible service!
