Everything was done just as I expected and done very well. I enjoy the people I meet out there as they are very knowledgeable. Oswald service is my number one place for service and repairs on my cars.

Great service every time! I bought a radiator about a year ago on Amazon and of course it broke. Oswald was able to get it replaced the next day with a better radiator with better quality and warranty. Customer service is unmatched.

My husband and I are completely blown away by the quality of service given by Jesse and Renee. We had some issues with our vehicle that we wanted to get resolved as soon as possible, and in the best way possible. We got that! They made sure that we knew exactly what was needed to fix the issues and how much it would cost before the services would be done. Jesse made sure we knew we were his first priority, not the cost. He and my husband had a rough start because of having had a bad day, and they solved it very quickly by apologizing to each other and be extremely courteous in a very sincere way. It is so hard nowadays to find that kind of relationship and we definitely treasure our experience there.

I received my notice that it was time for my oil change and it just so happened I was getting ready to go on a long trip. I called set up appointment through Matt and then a few days later I called again to see if I could also have my tires rotated. I spoke to Jessie and he assured me they would take a look at the tires and go from there. I arrived for my 8 a.m. appointment, gave my keys to Jessie and 40 minutes later I was out the door with all goals accomplished. They continue their great service and i am looking forward to my trip!

Very impressed with the service I received from Oswald's in Rexburg. Great customer service, friendly and well trained personnel to take of any repair or service job you may have. They're knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I appreciated that I was treated as a valuable customer, instead of my usual experience of just a woman who knows nothing about cars. Brett said the service was good. He stated his vehicle is still having some issues, but it is an older model, so it is probably not their fault.
