Chris said he has been a customer of this business for years, and the staff always goes out of their way to take care of his vehicle in a timely manner. For his last service, the location he brought it into was really backed up, so they towed it to another location they own, which was about 25 miles away, for no extra charge, and they brought it back to his original drop off location when the service was finished. He also mentioned the prices are fair.

In a day and time when dealerships often seem entitled and demanding and have undue waits in their service departments, Oswalds is a breath of fresh air. From the moment they answered my call (and must have used caller ID to immediately refer to me by name and must have looked up my account quickly because they were quickly referencing my vehicle specifically too) Josh was great! Helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that they are so good and popular that there is a little wait to get your car seen. But in the same way that a line at a restaurant usually means that the food inside is good, Oswalds has been worth the wait. Hopefully they can expand soon so that they can help more of East Idaho's car owners.

The reason I bring my vehicles to Oswalds in Rexburg is the store manager. He provides me with sound advice on what I need to do in relation to repairing my cars and trucks. He lets me know what is wrong and then help me understand what can possibly wait versus what truly needs to be fixed. Its a trusting relationship that keeps me coming back. I can tell you it has nothing to do with how he looks.

I took my car to Oswald's today and they were wonderful! They took care of me quickly and addressed all of my concerns. They listened to me and never made me feel pressured and I am positive they gave me the best advice. I will definitely be back!
