The people at Oswald are kind, personable, and professional. Both times that my car has been in, they have been extremely thorough in checking for ALL possible problems with whatever is wrong, and always call before making any repairs or decisions. They are very detailed in telling you what they have done, what might possibly happen in the future if the problem could persist, and have stuck right to their quote each time. They use high quality parts and get them in as quickly as possible. Additionally, I really appreciate the print-out recommendation with other potential problems to keep an eye on and the ranking system that goes with it. Lastly, but certainly not least, their shop is clean and well-taken care of. I feel confident that the same attention to those details will be given to my vehicle. HIGHLY recommend.

We have a vehicle that is critical our work and when i had problems we took it in to Oswald's. We knew that Jesse and their team would take good care of us. They were efficient, all of our repairs were done the same day. We know that, that isn't always the case but we can rely on them to get things done.

It was a little difficult scheduling with them, but they were amazingly thorough and eager to find a way to work with our schedule.

This was my first visit to Oswald Service and Repair. I went in for an alignment and found it was sonfarcoutvof alignment I needed an additional part and it was going to cost $350.00. I was only expecting to pay $95.00 so I was pretty disappointed. I agreed to the service and they ordered the part. I took my car back in to have the alignment completed and to my surprise once they got in there they worked around a few things and were able to get the alignment completed without using the new part thus I only ended up paying $95.00 I was so grateful for their work and honesty. I’ll definitely be going back.

Jesse and the crew at Oswalds take the best care of me and my vehicles. Never have I had to go anywhere else. Great guys doing great business.
