I went to Oswald because they were running a promotion and I didn’t want to drive 45 minutes to my usual shop for my oil change. My family and I have used the same service shop for more than twenty years, but I was so impressed by Oswald that I will continue to use them for as long as we are in the area. Their facilities are cozy, and the wait was comfortable. They got me in and out quickly and my car was vacuumed and had the windows washed when all I expected was a simple check-up. I am so so impressed! UPDATE: I went in to have more work done and there were some issues that occurred with me not understanding some of the services the mechanic said my car would need in the future. I left a pretty negative new review, which seems to have been deleted. That being said, I received an email after the visit clarifying the needed services, and also received a direct call from the mechanic after he had seen the review so that he could clear up the confusion. I was really impressed with the accountability and follow-up. Once again, I highly recommend Oswald.
