Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

Kristi said when her fuel pump went out near the Idaho Falls location, the staff bent over backwards to work her vehicle in. They were booked up at that location, so they asked if they could put it on a flatbed and take it to the Rexburg facility. She agreed, and they managed to take it to the other location, perform the service and get it back to the original location in just two days. She was really impressed and would like them to keep up the good work.

I took my truck in to have an alignment. I was suprised to get a call telling me the alignment was within spec and not required. I also had them install running boards. They were after market and no intrusions were included. The mechanic googled the assembly an installation instructions and had the job completed in less thenn an hour. Everybody was friendly and helpful.

Todd said the business exceeded his expectations on timing and they delivered on price. He is happy the business is now in Rexburg and everything is working fine on his vehicle.

Not Great News On the Car. But it’s an old Car I will keep taking it back as I need to. I trust Jesse!

I received excellent personalized service from this locally owned and operated shop. It is refreshing to work with a business that is local, unlike a "chain" repair shop. I received personalized attention most businesses seem to be missing these days. The staff was excellent and were competent and knowledgeable. I felt I was working with a professional and not some 'kid' who was being paid slightly above minimum wage instructed to push services. I trusted their recommendations and felt comfortable with their suggestions. I also felt they only recommended the necessary maintenance while also making recommendations for things to keep an eye for future visits. The competition seems like they try to get as much out of me as they can each visit. Oswald seems more interested in getting your return business than getting out of you as much per visit. This is a business I will return to for all future auto needs. I am comfortable giving them my business and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Jesse and the guys at Oswald are awesome. They are honest and they do quality work. Really fair and competitive pricing. Will definitely go there again.
