I was having an issue with the front end of the car wanting to pull right when on level ground. Josh was very helpful and professional while explaining the issues with the lower ball joints.

Kevin and his people have proven themselves to be honest and trustworthy. I met Kevin when he was working at Bybee’s in downtown Idaho Falls. I liked him then and I determined to follow him. I love his work and the work his people do. I won’t go anywhere else.

With Oswald Service, I know for sure my vehicle has had the work done properly. As well, even if I just need an oil change, Oswald Service will email me a progress report on every area of my vehicle, and they rate the area, such as, "air filter is getting dirty and may need to be replaced next oil change." Professional service at a reasonable price. This is professional service.

Took in my vehicle to get a few things checked out. Including my AC which they fixed. I loved their customer service. It was incredible. I 100% recommend Oswalds to anyone who is needing anything repaired or maintained on their vehicle.
