They were timely in their evaluation and report on the findings. The report was concise with pictures of their findings. Josh and Nick spent the time with me explaining what was priority, what could wait and were transparent about the cost. Once I authorized the work to be done, they were quick in getting it completed and did only the work that I had authorized. Josh and Nick were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Trust is a big for me and they have mine!

Hands down the BEST service and repair shop in the area!!!

Had noisy brakes that I thought were wearing down so I brought my car into to have them inspected. They were very polite and quick with getting it in and looked at. They told me I still have 50% left on them. Any mechanic could have said they were at the end of their lifespan and requested them to be replaced. Instead oswald was very honest and told me exactly how it was and said there wasn't any immediate need to repair. I was very happy with their customer service especially since this was my first time going here!

Nick provided great customer service, he was very informative regarding the condition of my vehicle and what services needed to be done. I will definitely be back!h

I have seriously been to almost every notable mechanic in the Idaho Falls area. Oswald Service is hands down the best out there!! They have literally taken care of issues on the first visit, that other mechanics chased for close to a year!! I honestly can't say enough good things about Oswald!! If you are looking for an honest trustworthy mechanic, look no further!!!
