Went there to check the brake shutter. The technician was honest about what he found. It's better to ask the details of inspection. Was told it might be caused by the uneven front rotor by the store front representative first because I said the steering wheel vibrates. Later, the technician drove the car and found out it might be due to the tire balance. Free inspection. Will come back for regular services.

It’s simple to make an appointment online, arrive, and they are ready to service my car. They are thorough, professional and friendly. The shop is spotless. I would not take my car anywhere but Oswald!

Rather than replace the brake rotors or even the brake pads on all four, they said the front were fine and only the back needed replaced. Also, they inspected the entire car and said it needed a serpentine belt replacement and nothing else. At 110k miles, I would expect at least one belt would need replaced. Did not soak me for services that their inspection said were not needed (front brakes replaced or wheel bearings replaced)!!
