As a customer for the past 5 years, I can say I have always been pleased with Oswald's. They are efficient; they get me in and out in a day. They always give me a quote before the work is done, so I am not surprised by the expense. I've never had any issues with their repairs. They have the best customer service because they are helpful and honest. They are really organized because their garage is clean, and they keep good records of repairs done, as well as what your vehicle needs done. I also like their key drop so you can leave your vehicle after hours as long as you have an appointment.
