I’ve had my vehicle serviced here since I moved to Idaho two years ago. They are honest, friendly and efficient. If I have to keep dumping a shitload if money into my car, I’m happy to do it at Oswalds.

Oswald’s diagnosed issue with timing chain and went above and beyond to find that tensioner for timing chain has a recall with Ford. Finding this issue saved me from spending thousands of dollars in replacing the timing chain, sprockets, etc. Nick spoke with me several times to review issue and talk me through the diagnosis. My heater was also not working, I had them do a radiator flush to ensure that lines were not getting plugged. Heater has been working great! Service provided was above and beyond, I can’t say enough good things about the excellent support and assistance I received throughout the entire process. Oswald’s will be my first call for any issues with my vehicles in the future! Thank you!
