I recently took my car to Oswald for the first time, and unfortunately, our experience was not very positive. My car had two issues: 1) the AC wasn’t working at all, not even the display, and 2) there was a brief, strange noise when starting the car. They told me the noise was coming from the timing chain and that a precise diagnostic on the AC would cost an additional $540 (just for the diagnostic). I decided to take the car back home, do some research, and handle the diagnostic myself—it took me just 30 minutes to identify and fix the AC issue. In my opinion, the team could have shown more care and interest, especially since the AC problem was relatively straightforward and could likely have been addressed within the $180 diagnostic fee I paid.
