Oswald's was referred to me by a friend and so I called them. I had a 2012 Honda CR-V that I was selling and had to have my airbags re-engaged. They asked me a few questions and said they would get back to me, after they spoke to their mechanics to make sure they were able to do that, t hey called me back promptly and said they would be glad to do the work and I also added on a differential fluid and transmission fluid change and refill and all things were done efficiently and ready for the new owners! Jesse was wonderful to work with and we look forward to our continued service at their shop!

I liked the text you sent out of my vehicle's inspection. I keep a very good record of my car's maintenance history and keep all it's services up to date. Because of this, I can easily tell if a car mechanic is trying to rip me off with unnecessary repairs, which happens quite frequently. I appreciated from this visit you guys where very honest and did not recommend any unnecessary repairs. I will definitely recommend Oswald to other members in the community. We are new to the area so I think we just found ourselves a good mechanic.
