While on vacation from Kentucky our car died. Had towed to Oswald Service & Repair. Every interaction with them was pleasant and professional. Ended up not being able to repair my car, (had to be towed to a dealership for warranty repairs) but they were always upfront about how long it would take them to look at it and quick to give us an update once they determined the problem. Would highly recommend!

The Buick dealer failed me, they misdiagnosed the problem. Wanted to charge me $1600 to fix. Went to Oswalds for a second opinion. They found the real problem. Cost me about 1/4 to fix it and it totally solved the issue. Also the car was fixed right away. Thanks.

They're honest and kind and will work with you to make sure you're completely satisfied with their work. As a young woman, I did not feel taken advantage of or talked down to like I do at almost every other mechanic I've been to. 100% recommend and will go again.
