From start to finish the experience was great. I worked with Nick who had communicated with me promptly, professionally, and appropriately. I am in Colorado and my daughter is going to school in Idaho, I felt like they took my needs and my daughter's needs for her car into consideration in every aspect of the process. They definitely lived up to their rating. We will for sure be back.

Went for an oil change and safety inspection. They did great and even cleaned my windows and vacuumed my carpet. Very happy with the service and price.

Live in Teton Valley. Went to 2 places to check why dashlights on. Both techs seemed annoyed. No explanations. "Make an appointment" no thanks. I was nervous about my dashlight issue, obviously. I was in Rexburg, stopped at Oswald, spoke with Nick about the issue. He was friendly and took time with me. After checking, Told me what it COULD be. Cleared the lights & told me what to watch for. And gave me a few suggestions. 2 weeks later same issue. Stopped in and spoke with a different tech, same courtesy and patience. Basically same explanation. Suggested and appointment. Called a few days later, because of noise near my tailpipe and wanting to take care of the dash light issue. Had a broken bracket and oxygen to fuel issues. Tech called several places for a bracket. Couldn't get one. He gave me an idea of where to go to get it fixed. Quoted me a price to install a part for my other issue. Then I was on my way knowing my choices. I found my new auto shop. Kindness, patience and knowledge go a long way.
