Oswald is the only place I'll take my car. It can take some time to get in because they're always busy, but it's so worth it! They always get it right the first time. They never do anything without asking first. They are clear and upfront about costs. They are easy to understand and explain things well. They are nice and very professional. I love their service!

After I move out from Idaho Falls, I lived in TN state and now I live in Olympia WA state.No one car repair service like Oswald.Oswald is the best car repair service i have ever seen.

My experience with Oswald was the best. I’ve never worked with a car repair place who has been so respectful, quick working, and honest as they were. They did the most thorough diagnostic of my car I have ever seen, and always called to get my approval on repairs and timing. They were honest in pricing and went above and beyond in test driving my car afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed and even added some oil for me. I’m very impressed and thankful, I’ll be coming here from now on.

Multiple visits for the same problems and it isn't fixed yet after thousands of dollars. I need to add an update. Josh had the truck picked up today and is, hopefully, fixing the problem. They, hopefully, have it fixed. Thanks Josh.
