Oswald is the best!

I love and trust Oswald's. The only thing is, a lot of other people do too, which means some times it can take a couple of weeks to get in. When my AC went out in near record summer temperatures it was going to take 2 - 3 weeks to get into the Idaho Falls location. Fortunately Oswald's has a second location in Rexburg that was able tget me in in 3 business days. Turns out that the blower moter had gone out and the AC needed new coolant. Nick took good care of me. He kept me posted on the progress and how much it would be. Great job as always. I would rather drive 30 miles to Oswald's second location than take my car to a different shop.

I have been going to Oswald' for at least 30 years. I have not found any other automobile repair shop that has the integrity and quality of workmanship as do they.

We scheduled an appointment for our A/C to be fixed recently as it had went the way of Ol' Bessie the cow. Compressor was fixed and working well. I'll post another note on a previous vehicle we took in as well. I forget the problem with it as it has been a good while. They did treat us very well and were very professional the entire time explaining the process, and were even able to pick our car up from our house due to unfortunate circumstances. Highly recommend auto repair shop. It should be noted that as far as I know you must schedule an appointment and payment plans are generally not taken. Although I'm sure in extreme cases exceptions may be made. Better to ask the staff than get their policy from some 4th source.
