It was my first experience with the new Rexburg location they were very professional, helpful, maintained open communication with me as a customer, they were responsible and very thorough. They we very fast and effective with the repairs on my car. The mechanic Jesse was very helpful in answering questions and keeping me updated it took away all the stress and allowed me to truly trust the mechanic and business as a whole. The owner was even able to pick up my vehicle in the morning so I didn’t have to risk driving it. I was able to see quality service at the owner and mechanic level and I would recommend anyone to go ahead and head over they truly care.

Went in as my heater wasn't working was told I had a bad water pump and that it needed replaced I ended up getting a second opinion and glad I did as all that was wrong was my thermostat was bad had that replaced and been fine ever since.
