My wife and I appreciate the crew at Oswalds for being honest. We’d taken one of our vehicles to be serviced at a Lube place in town and they told us we needed new brakes on the front. We went Oswalds and they checked it out and said we didn’t need to anything. Said brakes had some life left. Don’t always know who might rip you off on underfed repair. Go see Oswalds crew and you’ll be treated honest!!!

Also checked an intermittent problem with a window not rolling up. Couldn't duplicate it, in spite of trying all day.

Oswald’s has always been very good to answer my questions, even to show me exactly what they are talking about. They are always helpful ans very friendly. They are always willing to give me a ride to work after I drop my car off.

In Idaho Falls I will only take my car to Oswald's. They are honest to a fault. I had one of my vehicles in for service yesterday. The latch on the tailgate was latched somehow while the gate was open so the tailgate would not even shut. I couldn't get it unmatched. I took it to Oswald's and they didn't even charge me to fix it.

Very honest, Oswald's will never charge you to do work or to replace parts that are not needed. if they quote you a repair and it doesn't require all the parts they thought they might need, then the repair cost will be less than quoted. Oswald's does quality work and use quality parts. If they make a mistake (it's happened to me once over the last 10 years) they go above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend Oswald's!

I was surprised of how quick they were able to service my car. They are professional and very friendly. I will be doing business with them again.

Had our truck in for a routine oil change. In the process, they did their multi-point check and checked a couple extra items for us. Very thorough. Very reasonably priced. And had our truck ready in a reasonable amount of time. Vacuumed the interior and cleaned our windows. Sorry about our Wyoming dust, guys! Five stars for excellent service!
