I had an internship so I had a check for my car. They fixed several things and one of the. Was cleaning in depth the battery. A couple days later my car started to turn off for no reason, even while I was DRIVING. I went back and asked then to check it and they said " I can assure you it was not something we caused and our next availability is in a week ( I need it to leave for my internship that Saturday) any how, I went to grease monkey and they fixed it. Apparently the problem was they didn't tighten up enough the bolts that make the connection from the battery to the car so the piece of metal was moving with every bump in the road. And if it was not clear enough, yes.. it was their fault.
Jon, we see that this is your second review of the same issue. As we stated before, we appreciate this feedback. We have learned from it and owned what we could improve on.
