Josh did an extraordinary job of helping me address not one but two urgent problems today; I had two vehicles with dead batteries. The repairs were unplanned but Josh worked me into his schedule and repaired both vehicles this afternoon. The battery installations took less than 20 minutes each to complete. Usually when I call to make an appointment at Oswald's I have to book at least two to four weeks in advance. It is ironic because when I brought one vehicle in for service in September Nick informed me that the battery was degrading and would need to be replaced. Next time I'll take his advice sooner than later. I also appreciate the extended three year warranty that Oswald offers on it's batteries. I've researched other options in the area and Oswald's warranty is the best I've found. Thanks again for the great customer service!

Fixing cars is hard. I like taking the problems I can't deal with to these guys, they will fix you up. Fair and completely honest. Plan ahead they are busy

The people there were kind and kept me up on what was going on. The man that did my oil change also cleaned the floors in the front seats and cleaned my windows. I will go there from now on. Very polite atmosphere.

As always Oswald Service was great to work with. They were not able to fix the problem but gave me the names of two places that could.
