I took my Subaru Outback to Oswald Service yesterday. Honestly, I could not be more delighted. They took my concerns about COVID-19 and masking and social distancing seriously. I would give them an A+. Communication was terrific. They answered my questions and were professional, friendly and overall excellent. A+ Responsiveness was awesome. They didn't keep me waiting or put me off. Cost/benefit was superb. Compared to other auto repair places I've used I felt their pricing was more than fair. A+. Oswald’s is my go to lube, oil and filter shop, and they handle other auto service needs, as well. They’re professional, friendly and get you in and out quickly. Family owned, quality service and a great location in downtown Idaho Falls!

Update 5-14-2020 Took our Ram 3500 4x4 in today work done quickly and efficiently. I always have great outcome at this shop. They're so busy you need to make an appointment. If it's an emergency they'll make room for you. I've had work done at the Idaho Falls location for a couple of years now. They've done what I consider to be major work for me and I get oil changes every 6,000 miles. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to have our vehicles serviced there.

Always has fair service and gets my vehicle in and out in a timely fashion

I brought my car in on short notice and I know they are extremely busy but they were kind and generous enough to take a look and make sure it was in good enough condition for me to travel back to Los Angeles safely. With the world the way it is, it was so comforting to be treated with such kindness and respect. It is also really challenging finding an honest mechanic but I can honestly say that I will always recommend Oswald to anyone in the vicinity. They took care of me and everyone I talk to by word of mouth has the same great things to say. Best mechanic I have ever come across.

Always satisfied with the customer service and the integrity in which they do their work. I never worry when I take my car to Oswald's. The only other place I take my car is a tire shop because Oswald's doesn't sell tires :)

Exceptional service!

Customer service doesn’t get better than this! I have never before received the courtesy and respect from any service related to automobiles! Im not fond of most mechanics and dealerships. Probably a majority of Americans feel that discomfort of car repairs: that feeling of being “had” or “scammed”. Wow! I felt reassured when I walked in the door and was greeted warmly. The transaction was swift and friendly! I’m taking my car there from now on!
