Called and set up an appointment to bring my truck in. They got me right in. They were very honest with the whole process. My favorite part is that after they inspected it, I received a text with a link to pictures and an explanation to what needed fixed and what could wait and what was in good order. This included prices to how much each would cost. Once I told them what to go ahead and fix, they had the repairs done in no time. I will for sure be going back.

My family and I were out on a weekend seeing some sites of southeast Idaho when my Excursion decided to leave us stranded...I had it towed into Oswald for repair and like the bratty teenager it is it worked flawlessly for them...that's right, no issues to be found! They spent plenty of time and effort trying to find something wrong but nothing to be found. I was quite pleased with there efforts and friendly attitude as well as there being prompt. I will certainly be returning when my teenager gets fussy next time!

We went in to have an oil leak looked at. The front desk staff was very professional and the issue was quickly diagnosed and since it was minor, they were kind enough to make the adjustment free of charge. They also inspected other parts of the vehicle and printed out a cost estimate for the other repairs we might want to get done. I was impressed with how thorough and organized the whole process was and felt that they were very honest.
