Rexburg and Idaho Falls Auto Repair

The brakes on our car were grinding metal to metal but the previous mechanic we took it too said their was no issue. We took our car to Oswald and they fixed our brakes and other issues they found, which the previous mechanic had also missed. We loved the service report they gave us online for the brakes and other issues they found. They were very prompt in fixing the issues with our car, even with them having to order a part.

This is the second time I have taken my truck to Oswald. The first time I was thrilled that the cost of the entire project was less than the cost of parts the dealership quoted me. This time they performed the work and, in addition to the required service, they identified another problem that I verified and am having repaired next week. I am glad I found this service center and will always use them in the future for all my automotive repair needs.

I have been going to Oswald’s since I bought my vehicle. They have always provided great service. Just recently, I asked for a specific request (to make sure my vehicle was at their location for service) and they were super accommodating. They did not hesitate and I greatly appreciated it!

Wonderful again as usual. Although it is sometimes a bummer that they are scheduled out so far, they worked me in same day for a new battery. The reason they are so busy is because they do great work and the customer service is top notch!
