I couldn't be happier with the service and integrity of this company. I have never had a better experience taking a vehicle into a mechanic whether it was through the dealership or private shop. They are honest and fair and while this was my first experience with Oswald, I will be going back to them the next time I need service.

They are always friendly, professional, and do a great job. My car always comes back repaired and smelling nice. They are honest, so they don’t fix something just so they can charge me. The only downside to a great shop is that sometimes I can’t get an appointment right away. However, the last time that happened, they took my car to their other shop (30 minutes away) so I only had to wait one week instead of two weeks.

Oswald is an amazing place. I had been dealing with mechanical issues for about 3 months, took my car to a different mechanic for the 1st bit and spent quite a bit of money but my car still wasn't fixed. I had enough and finally decided to take it to Oswald and 1st time taking it to them they were able to get my car back up and running again, finally! Nick was very professional and helped me with a lot. I would definitely recommend this company to others as well!
