These guys were great! Very professional. They were friendly on the phone. They ran a full diagnostic on our car which was super easy to understand and had quotes and pictures. It was a link texted right to my phone and I was very impressed by that. They did exactly what we wanted them to do and the price was right at what they quoted us. They were honest and great to work with. The next time our car needs reales we are going back!

I was first impressed with Oswald Service & Repair back in June (2020) when they very quickly did some repair work in multiple areas on the 2005 Subaru that my teenagers drive. I had shopped around and received quotes from other shops but their quote was the lowest so I went with them. Best automotive repair decision I've ever made. Hands down. Not only were they quick, but when I went to pick up the car they said that some things weren't as bad as originally thought which minimized the repair work and they actually charged me LESS than what their quote was. I have NEVER seen this kind of honesty anywhere else. Then just last week, I found out that the front and rear brake pads were completely worn out on my main vehicle and I needed to take this vehicle out of state for a medical appointment. They told me that they were a week and half out on appointments (no one ever cancels because they are so good). I explained my predicament, not demanding or expecting any special treatment and began to try to figure out alternate transportation for my upcoming trip. Josh said he'd look at the schedule to see if they could do anything. He said that because it was an uncomplicated repair, if I was willing to drop it off that night, they would try and work it in sometime the next day... .and THEY DID! Oh, and they charged me $300 less than three other shops that I called for quotes for the same brake job! Both Josh and Nick are cheerful, friendly, accommodating and take the time to explain what's going on so you can understand. You can actually feel that their concern for you and your circumstances is genuine. With that type of customer service and unheard of honesty, I will never go anywhere else.

Straight forward honest assessment of work needed, promptly carried out. Prices are reasonable.

Always thorough and always professional. We moved here about 3 years ago from across the State and were in need of a reputable vehicle mechanic shop. Cannot be more pleased with Oswald's. Highly recommend this company.
