Very pleased with the service. Jesse needs a pay raise he did his job 110% I say this having been a service writer.
We were disappointed that our low mile used car had a leak but we took it to Oswald where we have had positive experiences before . Jesse checked it out for us and was able to secure the part fixing the leak and provide us with a helpful inspection .
Great job and reasonable price to figure out my problem.

I went there expecting to set an appointment several days in advance for a minor item. They had time, fixed it right there, and charged me for the time it took to fix, not the hundreds it would have cost at my former mechanic's shop. Thanks!
Oswalds is the BEST! They are honest, organized, and friendly. I have been to so many other shops that take advantage of me for not knowing a lot about cars, but I have never felt that way at Oswalds. I'm a customer for life!
