Jesse at the front desk was very polite and friendly. The service I requested was done promptly. The invoice was extremely detailed as to the service that was performed.

By far the most honest mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are very knowledgable and do amazing work for decent prices. They are very open and helpful, and not pushy one bit. I will gladly use them in the future!

Courtesy, professionalism, and facility is the best I've seen even compared to dealers. I received two quotes; from a dealer & Oswald on about 7 different areas of my vehicle. Oswald quotes were the highest. I chose Oswald to do 4 of the jobs because of my relationship with Jesse, the manager & they were only about 10-15% higher. The other quotes were 20-25% higher so I will have work done at another location. Oswald's work was done quickly, on time and at nearly the quoted cost. I am satisfied with the results.

They are extremely honest and helpful. I thought that things needed to be done with my car, but they checked it and told me it was not needed yet. Many other places would have just done what I asked anyway. I will not go anywhere else!
