Very impressed and honestly on our pickup. It was on warranty from when got fixed the year before and they got it checked out and fixed quickly. Concerned about there customers and take care of them.

The ONLY place I will take my car from now on! Long story short, they fixed my AC for $1000 less than another place quoted me for with an incorrect diagnosis. SO glad I took it to Oswald for a second opinion. They are so honest and upfront with what I needed, and what can wait. I use to get so much anxiety thinking about having to take my car in for something, worrying that I would be getting ripped off, and all that stress is gone now that I have found the perfect shop to take it to. I am 58 years of age and have been to numerous automotive maintenance and repair shops in my life in many different areas. My experience yesterday was the finest service and repair I have ever been a part of. These folks are the best !!!

Great service. Blew an AC compressor, Idaho Fall shop was booked up so these guys hauled my truck to the Rexburg shop. Jesse got on it immediately. He kept me informed through the whole process and got it back to me in three days running like new. This is the second time Jesse has done work for me and I couldn't be more pleased.

They did a great job. Told me how long it would take to get fixed and it was done then.
