I was a little nervous when you said that you were so backed up you had to send my truck to Rexburg to work on it. But it worked out great and they did the same good job that you always do

The team members at Oswald were friendly, knowledgeable, straight about what they could and couldn't do (a German vehicle), quick and reasonably priced. I can't ask for more from a repair shop.

Had an issue with our daughters’ older car. We found Oswald to be very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Their inspection was thorough and they didn’t try to sell us on unnecessary repairs. The only complaint was how long it took to get the vehicle in for the repair. (10 days- probably because they are well respected and busy.). They did offer to transport the car to their Rexburg location free of charge. A nice service they offer. Using this option they were able to get us in sooner- 5 days later. We would highly recommend Oswalds.
