We had a difficult car problem and because they couldn't tell us exactly what it was, they didn't charge us for their labor! Very kind. They gave is an idea of what it might be and we will go back to them once the problem gets worse.

We live out of state. Our son who attends college in Rexburg had his truck break down on the way to school. We called around to get a referral for a good mechanical shop. Oswald’s were highly recommended. We left it there on a Saturday when they were closed. They had a great “drop-off” set up. All of my communication with them has been over the phone. Jesse was my contact there. Everything went as discussed and expected, even though the work was quite extensive. I felt that they treated us in a very kind, honest and professional manner!
