Brought car in on a Thursday because of a coolant problem. They inspected the whole car in just over 1 hour and gave me a call explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. The car was ready to pick up the next day way faster than expected and the bill was a little bit lower than the quote. Overall very professional and transparent. They even took me to the back of the shop to show me where the damage in the car was.

Oswald is the best!

I love and trust Oswald's. The only thing is, a lot of other people do too, which means some times it can take a couple of weeks to get in. When my AC went out in near record summer temperatures it was going to take 2 - 3 weeks to get into the Idaho Falls location. Fortunately Oswald's has a second location in Rexburg that was able tget me in in 3 business days. Turns out that the blower moter had gone out and the AC needed new coolant. Nick took good care of me. He kept me posted on the progress and how much it would be. Great job as always. I would rather drive 30 miles to Oswald's second location than take my car to a different shop.
